Farewell from Louise M Shoes: A Special Thank You to My Airline Clients

As I approach the final weeks of Louise M Shoes, I want to take a moment to extend my deepest gratitude to a community that has been incredibly special to me: my airline clients and the remarkable cabin crew members.

For the past 11 years, Louise M Shoes has had the honour of helping many crew from Qantas and Virgin Australia Airlines as well as crew in the USA, helping the wonderful professionals they are. Your trust in Louise M shoes for your long days has been a source of pride and inspiration. Whether it was crafting shoes that combined style with the utmost comfort for long-haul flights or ensuring durability and support for the demanding work of flight attendants, I have loved speaking with and meeting so many of you personally. 

To the uniform managers at Qantas and Virgin Australia who assisted me with maintaining knowledge of current uniform standards, and the administration teams that enabled me to access the cabin crew lounges throughout Australia to showcase Louise M products. 

My association with the airline industry stretches back even further than 11 years of business, with my career in the industry starting in 1996 as a flight attendant. My 17 years experience as crew inspired me to start the Louise M journey, searching the world for shoes cabin crew would love to wear. I always believed in creating footwear that serves not just a function but also a feeling—a sense of confidence and ease, even at 35,000 feet.

As I prepare to close our doors, I want to celebrate the incredible relationships I have built with cabin crew members. Your feedback, loyalty, and unwavering support have been the wings that keep me going through challenging times.
