At Louise M Shoes, we take pride in delivering premium quality footwear handcrafted in Italy for professional use. Every pair is inspected prior to dispatch to ensure it meets our high standards.

No Returns for Change of Mind

Due to the nature of wholesale supply and customisation, we do not accept returns for change of mind or ordering errors. Please review your order carefully prior to confirmation.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you believe your order has arrived damaged or contains a manufacturing fault, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

To lodge a claim, please provide:

  • Your invoice or order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A brief description of the concern

Our team will assess your claim and work with you to provide a suitable resolution, which may include a repair, replacement, or credit, depending on the nature of the issue.

Footwear Concerns Post-Delivery

If you have concerns about the performance or quality of your footwear after delivery, please contact us directly. We are committed to ensuring our product meets the standards expected by your team and will review concerns on a case-by-case basis.

Custom Orders

All custom orders (including specific colour, material or branding requests) are final and not eligible for return unless the product is deemed faulty.
