What has ribbon got to do with Louise M shoes?

It took a plane. a train, and a taxi from Perth to the heart of Tuscany Italy to find the materials and wonderful manufacturer of the Louise M shoe bag.

Choosing ribbon was as important as the material for our bags. The colours represent our brand. Our branding is black and white representing classic and pink for a feminine touch. Besides I love pink!

The final decision was made to have black satin bags with a pink tafta drawstring. These are used to place our beautiful shoe boxes in when packaging our shoes for delivery to our customers.

The bags are not only perfect for placing shoes in for travel but can be used for any packing, as I do placing my computer in. The shoe bag is so light weight, looks luxurious, and provides protection. 

To get these bags back to Australia, as the shipping was going to cost as much as an airline ticket, I went back to Italy once the bags were made, visiting the shoe factory nearby too.

The shoe bags were delivered to my hotel in Florence, and packed into my suitcases. I personally pulled the cases across the cobbled streets to the train station Santa Maria Novella (SMN), caught the train, the bus, and plane back to Perth.
