Louise M uses Australia Post Express Post and Australia Post Standard Post for orders within Australia. A tracking number will be sent to you via email. 

*Allow 1-3 days for delivery using Express Post however it is anticipated that (domestic) delivery is next business day for Western Australia and two days for other Australian capital cities.

*Allow 2-8 days for delivery using Standard Post.

International Import Taxes

The customer will be responsible for any additional customs, handling fees, duties and/or taxes of goods on delivery. Fee charges vary from country to country and change regularly, therefore we are unable to estimate these charges for you. We suggest you contact your local post/customs office for further information regarding your order.

Processing Orders

• Orders received between Monday and Friday before 2pm Western Standard Time (WST) will be processed and shipped the same day.
• Orders will not be dispatched on Sundays or national public holidays, they will be processed and dispatched the following business day.
• Goods are personally inspected before dispatch to ensure they are in excellent condition. In the event your goods arrive in a damaged or less than perfect condition, please notify us immediately so we can address the handling with our shipping company.

Delivery Days

Goods are delivered Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm.

Same Day Delivery

If you are located within 5 kilometres of Perth CBD in Western Australia, you may receive same-day delivery if:

• Goods are ordered before 11am by phoning 0417 933 523.
• Someone is available to receive the goods.

• We are unable to redirect your order once the order has been dispatched.
• We do not take responsibility for any unforeseen circumstances which may cause your delivery to be late, These include strikes, natural disasters and any other reasons beyond our control.

Louise M shoes are made in Europe, and we use Italian sizing for all shoes.

Are you worried your shoes won't fit? 

To ensure best fit: While standing place your longest foot flat on a piece of paper, drawer a line at heel and at toe. Remove your foot from paper and measure the length between the heel and toe in cm's. Look at the equivalent size on the size chart.

To order your shoe size follow 3 easy steps using the Size Chart above.

1. Look for your Australia shoe size on the top line of the Size Chart. e.g. I am usually a size 8
2. Once you have found your size, look at the number underneath this number in the Italy section. e.g. The number under 8 is 39
3. This is your shoe size. Order that size. e.g. If you are an Australia size 8, order a size IT 39 when choosing your shoes. 

Note: if you are in between sizes, you are a half size. Order the equivalent half size.
e.g. You are a size Australia 8.5 so order IT 39.5.

NOTE: We want your shoes to be perfect for you, so we arrange a FREE EXCHANGE should your shoes not fit, and a REFUND if you are not happy with your shoes. We want you to LOVE THEM OR RETURN THEM!
